Your Food Agent is run by Potik Technologies OÜ (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms.
It is a beta
Your Food Agent is an early service, offered as it is. Things may break, change or be missing. Please keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.
Not medical advice
The app helps you plan and keep track of food. It is not medical or dietary advice and does not replace a doctor or dietitian. Nothing in it is an allergen or food-safety guarantee.
Nutrition is approximate
Nutrition figures are estimates, often made by your AI agent from a description or a photo. They can be wrong. Where something isn’t known, the app leaves it blank rather than guessing.
You are responsible for your agent
Your AI agent acts on your behalf with the access you give it. What it adds, changes or removes in your household is treated as done by you. Keep its key safe. If you stop using it, email hello@yourfoodagent.com and we revoke its access.
Use it fairly
Don’t try to reach other households’ data, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that does.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms, change the service or stop it. If we stop it, we will try to give you notice first. You can stop using it whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account as described in the privacy policy.
